Tracing the ridge line above Lake Superior from Duluth to the Canadian Border, the Superior Hiking Trails offers hiking opportunites for hikers of all ages and skills.   The trail descends to Lake Superior for a solitary lake walk shortly after departing Kadunce Creek and continues along unspoiled shingle beach prior to its ascent to Gauthier Creek and Judge Magney State Park.
